Talmud Class

The Talmud is a repository of thousands of years of Jewish wisdom. Its two and a half million words consist of a law, legend and philosophy, a blend of unique logic, shrewd pragmatism, history, science, anecdotes and humor. This course will serve as a gateway to the world of Talmud, offering its participants a glimpse into the unparalleled work that has influenced and shaped Jewish life for 2000 years.

The Talmud is the most fascinating text ever compiled. Its challenging arguments and unparalleled logic spellbound both scholar and layman alike. Its detailed legal and ethical code - the first of its kind - influenced and helped shape much of the Judicial Code of the free world...
