With broken hearts and disbelief, we are pained by the news of the tragic passing of a beloved member of our Jewish Jumbo family, a dear friend and former Chabad at Tufts President, Daniel Meer. We hold the Meer family close in our hearts and in our prayers. Words completely fall short at this moment. 

 

 At the family's request, this page was created as a way to honor Daniel's memory. 

 

Jewish tradition teaches that every mitzvah performed in the merit of a loved one strengthens our connection to them, helps the soul in its journey on High, and helps continue the impact of their life here on earth.
